Hey, everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I am new to this forum and have been reading a lot of posts about infertility. These posts have encouraged me to write my own story down and ask for help. In 2015 I was diagnosed with high levels of FSH and low levels of AMH. I was told I was suffering from a poor ovarian reserve. At that time I was completely shattered as I thought this was it. Anyways, I decided to visit a renowned clinic for a possible treatment. The doctor over there after looking at my case simply stated that he was ready for me to go for IVF. However, he told me that the chances of success were similar to that of conceiving naturally, in my case. This literally meant that I should think again about the treatment. Anyways, he did further add that DE would work in my case. At that time I just wanted to give IVF a try. As expected it didn't work out at the very early stage because only 8 eggs were retrieved which also weren't good enough to be used. Anyways, I honestly don't know what to do now since I am an eating disorder patient and all of these treatments make it even worst. If there is anyone who has gone through this and can help me please do.

Hello,
Don't worry be positive and patient regarding IVF treatment. I would suggest to visit renowned fertility expert, he will tell real problem regarding your pregnancy and accordingly he will suggest treatments. Also try to do PGS and PGD treatment of the embryo before transferring to the uterus, this let you know chromosome disorder in the embryo. This increases chances of miscarriage and abnormalities in the pregnancy.
