my wife is 13 weeks and had two small amounts of water leak within 2 hours what could this be from.

i dont know but the other day i woke up and thought oh no!! im bleeding but went too the toilet and had watery like fluid but never found out what it was

I would call the OB. I have read if you have water leaks at any time you should call.
