Just a question for everyone that got pregnant while you had the Mirena IUD in. Did your home pregnancy tests come up negative? Just wondering. Thanks!

hey any of you guy who got pregnant while using the iud..gave birth to a healthy child?does anyone know the chances of going through the whole pre w/ the iud in place and everything turning out ok?

To the ladies talking about losing weight and then getting pg due to the IUD moving.....is this total weight loss since insertion or is it mostly with weight loss in a short period of time? I have had my IUD in for over 2 years now, but was considering losing another 10 to 15 pounds. I think I have lost about 10 to 15 pounds already since it was inserted. I have not been able to find any info on this on the net...

Hey girls just got back from visiting my family in va and everything is going normal I bought a clear blue pregnancy test and took it twice and it says I am pregnate i just hope its not ectopic.. Wish me luck tommorows the big day.. Oh just to let you all know I took a PG test two weeks ago and it was neg.. So we will know tommorow how far along I am ..

well good luck holly hope everything turns out ok...believe me God knows what he does..if its meant for you to be pregnant its for a reason...i came out prg 2x while using condoms there nothing you can do but go w/ the flow..

I am back and my numbers didn;t do what they wanted to see for a normal pregnancy so I have to go to the local hospital for a better ultrasound to make sure everythings ok and hopefully a normal pregnancy I dont know what to think ... I am hurt cause I am not sure it is a normal pregnancy please pray for me I need it..She couldn't give a reason for my iud coming out ...

i actually have a question, have any of you with the merina IUD gotten pregnant but had neg blood and urine tests. I am 2 months late nausiated gained some weight b___sts enlarged and lactating but all tests so far are saying neg, so I was wondering if anyone else out there has had same thing happen to them please let me know !

steph~ I had my Merina IUD taken out on Tuesday the 12th of this month I was gaining weight and feeling oregnant as well. I never had a cyclesinceJanaury and i was told when i got_t removed that it was more and a benfir ro not having a cycle. I am feeling better now since I do not have itin anymore....

steph, I know exactly how you're feeling. I had my Merina IUD put in in January and I spotted for 6 weeks. Ever since my cycle has been weird. Just these past few weeks though, I have felt nauseated, dizzy, I'm starting to lactate a little, and FEEL like I'm pregnant, but I have taken two hp tests and both were negative. I'm 4 days late now. (I took my last test on Friday.) I'm having my IUD taken out this Friday. I'm tired of dealing with the uncertainty and the discomfort of it when my husband and I are intimate. my doctor called me today and want me to have an internal ultrasound because she has done some research and the hormoned that is on the merina IUD contradicts with pregnancy tests because she said all symptoms that i'm having are pregnancy symptoms expecialy since I haven't had a problem in the past and I've had it now for 2 years I really wish I would of done more research before I go this thing put in me. so for all you women who think you might be pregnant my advise to you is get every test you can before it's to late. I'll keep you posted if I am or not if you want but I am definitely considering taking this thing out of me now!!!!!!

Ok I got the call and there is nothing there as far as the ultrasound can detect so tommorow more blood and by the evening I should get another call I am so confused big time.

steph~ I had mine removed as well I also had the Merina IUD I only had it there for about about 6 months I know how you feel girl keep us posted your in my prayers..........
