How do you know when your leaking amniotic fluid and when your not. I have heard several stories of low fluid but yet none of these women knew till the very end. They all thought they were wetting themselves. So how do you know when your leaking and not just wetting on yourself??

MY doctor told me if the fluid was clear, did not smell like urine, and may also be kinda mucousy, amniotic fluid has a sorta sweet smell, not like ammonia(urine).
