she has a tubal pregnacy and she is getting surgary today im lost i have no idea what is it all about

A normal pregnancy attaches and developes in a woman's uterus. With a tubal pregnancy, the pregnancy is growing in one of your sister's fallopian tubes. The surgery is to remove the blastocyst (baby), from the tube, hopefully keeping the tube intact. The baby could not continue to grow that way, and could be dangerous to your sister, so it's good that they caught it and are doing the surgery.
If you're able to, try doing a google search on "ectopic pregnancy", there's quite a bit of information out there (don't let it scare you though, I'm sure your sister will be just fine). Hope this helps, take care.
