Pap Smear Problems During Pregnancy

What kind of problems might I have if my Doctor called me regarding my Pap smear. I have never had one be irregular before.

my pap smear came out negitive and im 2 months pregnant can this affected my baby?

You may have some irregular cells..which they should be able to check and take care of while you are pregnant...it should not affect the pregnancy at all...I had this right before I got pregnant...doc had to cut a little piece of my cervix to have it checked for cervical cancer...came back fine...probably yours will too if you have to go that far...get it checked out though...lots of times they will just repeat the pap and it comes back normal..any type of little infection can throw a pap off some...good luck
