Placenta Previa-pg112550242018

I was just told today at almost 22 weeks that I have low lying placenta that is almost placenta previa. The doctor advise me to have no intercourse but otherwise didn't seem to concerned. What are the chances the placenta will move up on it's own? Are there other activities I should avoid? Any advice?
