Positive Group Beta Strep Test

I am due this week and have tested positive for group b strep. Has anyone out there gone through this? I can't seem to find much of anything on the web other than that I have to get a large dose of antibiotics when I get to the hospital. I have always had natural childbirths and would like to be reassured that can still happen.
