i had my tubal 4 years ago. My last menstrual cycle was June 17, 2014. It is now August 6. I had very minimal spotting on the 26th and 27th of July. I have many pregnancy symptoms but both urine and blood come back negative. I have a "mass" growing in my abdomen/pelvic area. It looks like I'm a couple months pregnant. When I tense my muscles and shift my body weight you can see the "mass" clearer and more located towards the left side. Both my family dr, obgyn have scheduled me for ultra sounds 2+ weeks from now. After having severe abdominal cramps yesterday I went to ER. They did a ct scan and said they found nothing. Everyone sees the "mass", I'm not imagining it. Even my psychiatrist and therapist (i showed them to make sure i wasn't seeing things, since the drs are making me feel crazy) told me I need to get that looked at asap. I had a large ovarian cyst (on the right ovary) a few months ago. It ruptured in early June. The pain and symptoms i had then are not similar to the pain and symptoms from the cyst. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? My mind of course goes in all directions and it's driving me crazy that the doctors don't seem to think there is anything there (other than the visual deformity). I cried to the nurse at the ER last night because I know something is wrong. I pay very close attention to my body, sometimes too much, but i know im not crazy. I've gained 8lbs in the last 6 weeks. I've been a size 0 for a year and now because of my growing stomach, I'm up to a size 3. This is not normal for me. I"m just getting very frustrated and worried. The discomfort I have every evening from being on my feet all day is preventing me from working a full shift. By the time i'm off work I feel like my uterus is going to fall out, there is so much pressure and the swelling/mass gets even bigger. Any advice, suggestions, similiar story would be appreciated.
