My name is Maya I had a 4 month old and 2 ½ year old, had 2 c-sections, after my 2nd c-sec had a tubal still aren't pregnant even though we're having unprotected s_x almost everyday and hoping the tubal is effective!!!

if my tube is tied and i become pregnant what will happen is it automatically considered to be an etopic pregnacy

well heres something !i had a tubal 4 weeks ago and i am very pegnant !i guess if its meant to be it really is meant to be.and by the way-i am thrilled!

I don't believe they would automactically a__sume a pregnancy to be ectopic. I'm sure your doctor would do the appropriate tests in the beginning to make sure it wasn't since you would be at a higher risk.

to Bonnie:no -i wasnt pregnant at the time of the tubal.1 week later i had an ultrasound that showed a clear uterus-i had just had a miscarrige and i didnt think i wanted more children so i had a tubal done when i had a d&c. I already have 3 (ages 9-13-18) the docs thougt i was crazy for asking to do a preg.test but i knew !!but life is full of surprises and im really happy !

to Charlene-Amazing story! Sorry about the miscarriage, I know how sad they can be :( So you are due when? April, May? My youngest was born in early May and my son is an April kid. I think my doc would think I was insane if I ever have to ask for a pregnancy test, he's an older ob/gyn that has never had a tubal fail before.

I think it would be halmost impossible for you to get pregnant if your uterus has been removed. The sperm would have no way to get to your tubes to fertilize the egg.

i have had my tubes tied for 4 years now and i have been fine and just got off my period and well needless to say i felt something funny and i started to lactate out of my right b___st. I didn't b___st feed none of my children and my youngest is 4 soon to be 5 and i can't figure out why not having b___st feed or even pumped why this is happening? If someone knows why please tell me! I have no tenderness in my b___st, no swelling, it just started today and like i said i just got off my period yesterday i know i am not pregnant haven't skipped no systoms let me know if someone has had the same experience! i had a tubal (falope rings) 9 1/2 years ago. my last period was april 21,2005. they say the longer you go , the more likley you are to be pregnant....i say time will tell

how can you become pregnant after a tubial?

i have no idea how i got pregnant after a tubal..but i guess the mind is a powerful tool and i missed and grieved for that baby so much and wished with all my heart that i hadnt had a tubal...sounds off the wall but i cant explain it any other way(by the way i had a scope to see my tubes and they are very tied..cauterized )
