I got a tubal ligation 7 years ago with my 4th son and now I am remarried and wished that I am pregnant from my new husband who doesn't have any children. My b___sts are so huge and sore and I am so tired here lately. I feel like I am going to start my period but I haven't yet. I am so emotional here lately also. What should I do? Should I go and buy a HPT or wait?? I need some advice from anyone whose been through of what I am going through now??

Tanya- Sorry it took so long to respond. I have been busy as well, and well, with the holidays here things really are hectic! So, how are you? How are things going? I do hope good. I am calling Dr.Perez' office tonight to officially schedule for end of March 2006. ? Ok, as I don't have a dilemma about this as much as I did in the begining of all of my research. I am sure I have posted this question before. Have any of you, wifes, had your DH get a "Semen a___lysis"? I told my DH that I want to be 100% sure that we are not in the black about anything! Am I being to concerned? I know that ultimately it is in God's hands. I just read that a man's sperm count can go down w/ having drinks, smoking, ect... Has anyone approched this subject w/ their DH? I have and he doesn't have a problem going for the test, it's just that I want to be sure, you know. Any and all advice accepted. Yaya Rodriguez

can your tubes go back togeather after being tied 18 years?

I got my results of all my blood tests. Everything is fine, not prego, but still 5 weeks late and still having pg symptoms, though they are subsiding a bit, but now I have a white discharge from my b___sts, which I've only had during other pregnancies. No PCOD, no menopause, any one have any suggestions.

I have not had a periodin 6 weeks i had a tubal 9 years ago after my son was born. I am always sleepy and moody and having to go pee alot could i be pregnant?

i am also wondering if i could be pregnant! had my tubes cut last april during the delivery of my daughter by c/s. i have had regular periods ever since and this month none as yet!! could i be pregnent?

Hello to you all. First, I would like to say that I admire all of you no matter the circ_mstance for sharing your stories. Without your stories, others would not be able to have testimonies! I found this website by pure accident and at a time where I too was having all of the above after having a tubal. It turned out that I was not pregnant. I hope that we all get what we want in the future and thank God for finding this forum. Happy New Year to you all and I pray peace and blessings full of miracles for us all in the new year!

Hello everyone and Happy New Year! Well I would just like to share my story with you all. 6 years ago I had a TL and in November for the first time I was late by 8 days on my period. So I took a HPT and it was positive. I couldn't believe it. So I took another and it too was positive. So I went to a clinic and had one done there and it was negative. Well I started to bleed so I thought I got my period but it was not normal....it was (not to sound gross) chuncky....brown and some red to start and then just blood with a lot of clots. But it only lasted for 3 days and my periods are like 7 days. Well it turns out I had a miscarriage....which we all know a miscarriage only happens when the egg makes it to your uterus. The only way that could happen with me is if maybe my tubes grew back together. WOW! imagine that...now I am looking into getting that die test to really find out. I hope it is the case because i would like another baby before I turn 35....I am 33 right now. But anyway I just thought I would share that with you all. Take care all!

I had an ectopic pregnancy 6 mos. ago that rubured and was removed. I am currently having a hard time getting pregnant. Is it harder to get pregnant with just one tube.

I have my tubes cliped but this last week my b___bs have been so sore and very tnder.

This is to Christine: I may be a little harder to get pregnant with one tube but you are still just as fertile. Whichever tubes ovulates is where the sperm will meet the egg so if you ovulate in your good tube there is no reason you can't get pregnant. I hope this helps....good luck to you and God bless! Lisa

Hello everyone i am so glad i found this forum i was wondering what to do myself.First of all i had a tubal almost 4 yrs ago (they just put bands over my tubes). I had a normal period like clock work every month un till september. the first day of my last period was august 30. in november i went to the doctor after taking several hpt's and all were negative . They docotr gave me a pregnancy test and it was also negative so they did a hormone test and everythign was normal. so they gave me meds to jump start the period. finally i got a periodNovember 22 it lasted 3 days and was so light it was like i cut m finger. i have had all the symptoms of pregnancy weight gain ,moody ness , over tired , cravings and hungry all the time. After taking the meds and getting a tiny period in november i have siunce missed my period yet again in december. I dont know what i should do if i were pregnant i would be 17 weeks . I am 25 and wondering what is up??? thank you for all ur support and all your stories

Hi Christy. I had the tubal bands put in July of 2004. I haven't gotten my period since mid- October. I have taken hpt's but they all come out negative. I feel very pregnant, but I am so scared to go to my gyno. As for your question my cousin got pregnant with her tubes burn and cut. So there is always a possibility.

hey just had a question if anybody could answer or give me advice it would be great. I have 3 kids and had a tubal 2 years ago after my son was born. I am 1 week late on my period but have been having cramps like i am getting ready to start i just haven't. I would love another baby but dont want to get my hopes up. I took a test and it turned out negative so im just waiting right now. Any feedback??

Stephanie, I had experienced the same thing: pain on my sides(felt like I was ovulating), I had all of the signs and symptoms of pregnancy. I too took a hpt and it was neg. I then went to the Dr. and both the pt and the blood test was neg. I finally went to get an ultrasound and they discovered that I had cysts on my ovaries. I was treated with "the pill". I am doing much better. I just finished my treatment - 6 months worth. So, now I am just waiting to get my TR, scheduled for March 2006. Talk to your Dr. about the possibilities of cysts, I believe they are the cause of all of the symptoms.
