i had my tubes done in nov of 03 i ended up pg in june of 03 i didnt test until july i didnt even think about it cuz i had a tubal unfortunately 4 no appearent rason it miscarried about 8 weeks or so :( i havent got pg since. i didnt think it was possible but i guess it is. good 2 all .

I have my tubes tied and burned I want to know is there a way that I could get pregnant again.

hello everyone. well i had my tubal done three years ago after my third child. it was a high risk pregnancy and ended up with me in the hospital for a month before i had him then we both almost died because i had a complete placental abruption . I now regret the tubal and have baby fever i want to have more children so bad now that i'm getting more depressed by the day everyone around me is popping babies out left and right and i find hard to be happy for them because of this is there anything that can be done.

I have had some cramping. bloating. b___st have been tender, tired, nausea, pain in my left shoulder, little sharp pain in middle of my back. i went a couple of weeks ago because i would have pain durin s_x, cramping after, sometimes bleading. they ended up doing std test and taking a biopsy. well the std test came back as nothing....and the biopsy came back abnormal cells. now i have to have another procedure to remove the abnormal cells on 8/31....my last period was bright red and light....like 4 days. wondering if i could be pregnant? been to the doctor they didn't think it was necessary to do a preg test....what does anyone else think?

Hi, I am almost 35 and have three children 12, 9, and 5. I had my left tube tied and my right one removed because it was hemoraging. (a resident was to blame). This was done 5 yrs ago during a c-sec. on July 24, 2001. I was 29. I really thought I was done having children. I was also so unsure about tying my tubes. I had done so much research before. Now much to my regret and really doing something because it was what my husband really wanted, I realize it was a mistake. It has been a great form of birth control especially since I did not want to take anything hormonal to avoid cancer risks. Now I feel I could want another baby. My youngest is going to school full time this September. I stay home, but could work, but I feel it would be nice to have a little one running around again. Time is so short and valuable. There is only a small window of opportunity and then its gone. But in my case, I am starting to think that invitro may be my only hope, which would be so expensive. I would have to see if tubal reversal is successful with just one tube. Has anyone ever experienced this or known anyone to actually get pregnant with one tube? I have always hope for a surprise, like a lot of you out there surprisingly get pregnant after the procedure, but I don't think I would ever be that lucky! I posted a comment the other day...i need an answer back. I have had my tubes cut and cauterized.....I noticed someone else on here had that done and complained of being tired and bloated all the time. I have those same symptoms and i have had spotting and stuff....am I interally bleeding? I mean I know when my body doesn't feel like itself just like any other women. There are changes and you feel it. I feel ill most all the time. Anyone know what it could be? I also have the sharp pains in my lower abdomen...feels like when your uterus in stretching and leaning on your muscle's and tendons stretchin those out. quite uncomfortable sometimes....anyone have answers please?!

Anything is possible. My mom is 51, in menopause (no periods for a year), had her tubes cut & burned 28 years ago, and accidentally found out she's pregnant when she had some labs done in the hospital last week. What are the odds? LOL.

I had my tubes burned 11 months ago, i've only had my period 3x's since But I REALLY want to have another baby how can i go about finding out if I can have any more?

Joey- Have you taken a pregnancy test? It might be possible. I had mine tied and cauterized and was told that there's always a slight chance of pregnancy. A few years ago I had stabbing pains like you are describing in my abdomen and it turned out they were ovarian cysts (not cancer or anything). I'd see your OBGYN- maybe she can run some tests and find out what's going on. Also, maybe it's some scar tissue from your tubal??

Hi all:) Im 47 and 9 weeks & 2 days late! I was steralized 21 years ago after my youngest...I have been tested by bloods for menapuse that came back sayingh estrogen level fine! so not menapuse...going tommorow or tuesday for blood test for pregnancy...please god & spirit i hope all is well...has anyone ever had a healthy baby at the end of going through a long term steralisation? or are they all eptopic? so need some answers, doctors are so vauge!!!!! love & light to all on this board

SARMOF3-i actually went to the doctor to have a leep procedure dont the other day at the doctor...they said it was abnormal cells.....i show up for my appt and they start whispering and talkin softly...making wierd faces...like they couldn't believe what they were seeing. i seriously thought they were reading someone elses chart thinkin it was mine. It turns out that i have Cervical Caner! Yeah..after i was told twice it wasnt. so now i have to go to a different doctor to have the stuff done. But it still doesn't explain the pain....they said it would be a__sociated with that. i am beginning to think that my dr office has no idea of what the f--- they are doing.. they just might have to take everything out and i am only 25. Granted i don't want anymore children because i have arthritis in my spine and b__wn discs. It is very painful to carry a child to the last few months. I have two beautiful girls 6 and 2, besides i can always adopt to. But I am just worried about what is going on with myself here. Just seems like things keep getting worse. I am sure I will be fine and things will get better. I have to just think positive. Thank you everyone for your advice. I will keep you posted. I took two preg. test by the way...one at home and one at the doctor. They were both negative. I believe the result to be true. So we will see what is going on within the next month. Thanks again.

Joey, I'm sorry to hear that. It's good that you are keeping a positive att_tude... I've heard that helps, in addition to treatment, to get rid of the cancer cells. It sucks that you may have to have a hysterectomy so young, but you're right- you can adopt later! Best wishes to you!!!

I've heard it can happen. I'm wanting to have another. I have 2 girl 11 boy. I had my tube's clamped when my son was 10 month's, he's now 6, that's was in 2000. My husband say's no to another, but all I really won't is another baby. We have had so many fight's about this. He say's he understand's how I'm feeling but I really don't think so. I still have the right clamp on, but had to have the left taken off, I would like to know could I one day get pregnant..
