Best advice i can give you is to keep drinking lots of water,if you have a juicer get as much watermelon juice as you can,i got this advice and it has helped for me,watermelon is a natural diuretic. Also keep your feet elevated when you can,and in the evening put an old fashioned icebag on your feet and sleep with a pillow between your legs and a pillow under your feet.Good luck.

swollen hands and feet can be a sign of pre-eclampsia also called toxemia or hypertention, particulary if your face is puffy as well.
Those at greatest risk are women carrying multiple babies. It can cause great problems to the fetus, miscarage, death, slow growth.
See you doctor about it to be on the safe side, it is a condition that they should check for durring each visit.

I would let you doctor know about it, just to be safe, my midwife is always checking my feet and hands to look to see if they are swollen. If all is fine I would take shelly's advice
