i am curious to know if all trans va___al ultrasounds have the same resolution?for instance, are the machines at the obgyn the same as a radiology lab would have?

I think the radiology labs are higher tech. I have heard from my OB that their hospital has the higher resolution machine. I hope that answers your question.
