Vaginal Bleeding During 1st Trimester

I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and have a fibroid the size of a small orange. When i use the toilet to defecate i experience lite
bleeding no cramps, then it stops when i finish. My doctor said its not the fibroid but I think it is. I also stay constipated and have to take suppositories and metemucil just to move my bowels. Will this bleeding eventually end in miscarriage?
