I gave natural birth 6 weeks ago and had an episiotomy. I have been having this peristent pain ever since. It is hard to describe... SORRyY for TOO much info... the pain exists between my butt crease and hole. I especially feel the pain when I attempt to get into sitting position. While sitting on the toilet, the pain travels towards my va___a. Its really weird. I am not bleeding nor do I have any bumps and the st_tches seem to have healed well, thererfore, I am ruling out hemmoroids (spelling). What could this possibly be? Just mere pain from pushing? Has anyone experienced anything like this? It is bearable but something I have never felt before.

Actually my OBGYN said that it was a bone that was most probably hurt during delivery due to my positioning. Even now, the pain is positional, it has gotten better.

My Dr. said I most likely hurt my tail bone. My DD will be 12 weeks Friday and the pain has lessened much, however I still get it occa__sionally depending on my position. She said that I may need PT if it doewnt get better, but it has improved so I guess time will do the trick - good luck.
