Okay, we had our baby almost a month ago. We have been having s_x since two weeks postpartum, and I can't get on birth control until six weeks postpartum. We have been using condoms, but my husband hates them. After all, we are married and I hate them too, they just kind of ruin things. When I start taking birth control, and have been for at least a month, can we stop using them and the birth control be effective if I take it everyday. Obviously, if I got pregnant, it would not be a bad thing, but I would like to have some spacing between children. Me and the hubby need some alone time and its hard enough with one!
