Frequent Period Is Something Wrong

Three weeks after my son was born I stopped bleeding. Three weeks after that, my pperiod arrived and seemed normal to me. 11 days later, it started again. I did have an internal the day before it started up again, but I bled for four days. 10 days later I started spotting, which I though was from my birth control, but now it is a full period. I am only on day 11 of the pill and my period usual comes much late ron the pill. Has this happened to anyone else? Could something be wrong?
