Looks Like Urinating From Vagina After Birth

I gave birth about a week and a half ago. A couple days ago my "pee hole" was bothering me. It felt like something was in it, like the catheter (spelling) or something. Well today i looked down there and it looks like the top of my "wee wee lips" is going into my "pee hole". So i thought, how am i peeing? So i used a mirror and it looks like i am peeing from my va___a. I'm scared. Did the doctors mess me up? Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

well it looks like my "pee hole" isnt over the hole that conects to my bladder. Like they are separated. So im calling the doc tomorrow. I hope ill be fine.
