Postpartum Bleeding Stopping And Starting A Few Weeks Later

Hi. I have a question. This has never happened to me before, and I have this was my sixth pregnancy. I had a cesarean at the end of jan and I had va___al bleeding for about a month. It completely stopped, and about 10 days ago (7 weeks post partum) it started again. At first it started off as staining, but it gradually got heavier, and now there seems to be little globs of blood, like little clots (sorry I know tmi). At first I thought it may be a side effect to the bc pills I am taking but now I am not so sure. Has anyone else had this - to totally stop bleeding post partum and then start again a few weeks later. I don't know if this is staining or a period or what? My doctor seems to think it is still from the birth, but I am really confused here. I am not br___tfeeding.

I had my son two months ago. I bled for about 3-4 weeks after having him. Then I didnt bleed until 2 weeks after I started taking the YAZ pill (about 2 weeks ago). I started bleeding lightly but when I took four sugar pills at the end of this month I started to have a heavier period. I had a clot about the size of a walnut. I don't know if thats normal or if I need to go see the doc...
