Constipation Hemmoroid After Pregnancy

hi! i'm into my 7th week post pardum & the 4th week, i started having constipation & hemmoroid.....does anyone have the same problem? i've looked on few websites & said to drink plenty of water, but doesn't help........

take colrite..its rite iads generic brand. it helps soften stools..not stimulate. my ob recommended it. it works real well. also drink a gla__s of apple juice a day, that helps too. gl
