i delivered 2 months ago and i still have pain in my lower abdomen where the contractions were... also kindof like the muscle pain i had when i was pregnant trying to roll over from my right side to my left... does anyone else still have this type of pain? It only hurts if i stand or walk for a long period of time, or try to sit up from a lying position. thanks.

have you talked to your dr?? it's important after giving birth to let him or her know what's going on. it takes a long time to get better after being pregnant and giving birth.so take your time and take it easy. i hope you feel better soon.
