Can You Be Pregnant And Get Different Results

In February I took an at home pregnancy test and it came back positive. A few days later I bled. I figured I was miscarrying so I took another test and it came back negative.
A month later I was late and took a test, which showed positive. I went to the doctors to have it confirmed.
I've been thinking it was a whole different pregnancy, but now I'm have 2nd trimester symptoms and wonder if it could be the same pregnancy and I never actually miscarried.
Is that possible?

It is possible that you could have gotten a false negative but you mention bleeding so it might have been a chemical pregnancy. Also what are 2nd trimester symptons?? I never knew there was such a thing I do know of 1st tri symptons that continue into the 2nd and 3rd tri. The only real way to know how far along you are is go to the dr and get a ultrasound done they have a margin of erro of only 5-7 days either way.

ye course it is some women have periods throughout there pregnancy and dont even know that they are pregnant. wait untill you have a scan if you havent had 1 already that will tell. congrats anyways hope ur happy
