Conception Date Confusion

After trying for a year, I found out 2 weeks ago that I am probably 7 weeks pregnant (according to when I remember having my last period June 7th. I dont remember exactly). However, all of the calculators are telling me I would have conceived aroun June 21st. This is not possible because I was still having my period around the 15th (me and the hubby couldnt do anything)....then he went to work for 2 weeks and didnt get home until june 28th - July 4th. I know this is probably when we conceived. Could it be a factor that my period was never regular? Someone please help me...I'm really confused about how far along I really am.
