My first day of my last period was Jan 11, 2007, I want to know my exact conceivind date , I need to be accurate.

My last period day of my period was Jan 11 as well, but I found out that I got pregnant around February 6 (I had an ultrasound and they said the baby was 6 weeks old. So counting back made the conceived date around Feb 6) and so my due date is November 13, but if I went by my lmp the due date would be around October 10 (if I'm remembering correctly). The way to get fairly close is to have an ultrasound. If you are uncertain, some doctors will do an ultrasound. Hope this helps

you can only be accurate w/in a few days and even that is possibly wrong as ovulation can be delayed and such on occa__sion. If your period is really accurate though you can estimate that you ovulated about 14 days prior to the day your next period would have been due (+ or - a couple days). A doc and/or an u/s can give you an estimate too, but it is impossible for you to know the day for sure. So, if you're wondering b/c you need to know about the father, if there is a couple guys w/in a few days of each other only a paternity test will tell.
