My last period started on January 17, I conceived on January 29. How many weeks am I pregnant? Some places show 4 and some show 5? My cycle is 28 days.

you would be 4 weeks 2 days... it is counted from the first day of your last period, thats how far along you are, however gestational age of the embyro would be counted as 2 weeks Hope this helps! Good luck and CONGRATS!

hmmm. I get even more confused, my lmp was 6th jan and i concieved on 29th aswell
