My question is I started my period today October 5 what days are good for ovaluation?

It depends on your cycle. If you're regular 28 days, you'll ovulate around the 18th to the 20th or so. Best thing to do is to get those ovulator tests and they'll tell you exactly when you're ovulating. That's what we did, and we're pregnant! Good luck!

Oh, and also, if you're irregular or different than 28 days, you always ovulate 14 days before your period starts. From what I've studied, all women have a 14 day luteal phase which is BEFORE their period. Hope that makes sense.

I am able to tell I am ovulating by my c/m. The change in it really helped me know. I would say try every other day from 9-16 days after beginning of cycle. Do you have a consisent amount of days for your cycle?
