My last period was feb 6th. I'm 7 weeks pregnent. CAn someone help and tell me what day I concieved?

Some people can never really tell the exact day they conceive because each cycle is unique, and sperm can wait around for an egg, and if that egg is not waiting when you first have s_x, then shows up later when some sperm are still in there, it can be fertilized without your ever knowing.
That is why they go by the first day of your cycle!
So confusing, but you can try and guess, around the times you had s_x and were most likely ovulating.
