Is it possible to determine the exact day a baby is concieved? If not, how close can the estimation be?

Usually between a week and two weeks after the first day of your last period is when you conceive. You and your partner will have to try to find a more specific day than that, I don't know how often you made love.

maybe not the exact day, unless you are following you ovulations and intercourse dates very carefully or preggo by IVF, but it is possible to have a really close estimate. Have you had an ultrasound yet? if so, Google "ovulation calendar" and enter in the dd given from the U/S, this should give a really close estimate, within a day or two. after that, just like faythe said, its up to you and your partner to decide which of days you had s_x.
