i was just diagnosed with PCOS after ttc for 1 year . i am 30 yrs old and i need some hopeful stories ! what meds did you take toconceive and how long did it take ? i am hopeful but i guess i just need some encouragement !

congrats and good luck ! i believe my specialst want to put me on birth control---which is a bit discouraging since i do want to get pregnant my next ppoint is jan 26--so we will see !

HI, Patty. I also have PCOS. Not pregnant yet, but I know it can happen. I have a friend with it also and she had a little girl 8 months ago. I know how you feel about not wanting to get on birth control. I had to be on shots (I also have endometriosis) for 6 months, and that was very discouraging. I go in for my 5th month shot tomorrow, so we're almost finished. Hopefully, we can can start trying again after that. Best of luck to you!

bj-yeah that is another problem for me.on my left ovary they are not sure but with the transv____al ultrasound they say on my left ovary what appaers to be endometriosis. which makes things 10000000000000 percent more discouraging. i have my appt today-i will let you knew what meds they give me. good luck !

Oh, man, I know right where you are. Keep your head up, though. That friend of mine I told you about also had endo. I had my fifth shot yesterday. Go back in 3 weeks for hopefully my last. Keep in touch!
