Date Of Conception Gestation Question

on january 2nd I had an ultrasound where I measured exactly at 19 weeks. does this mean I conceived 17 weeks ago (from that date)?
my first ultrasound gave me a due date of may 25th.. using calculators online it tells me my conception date would be around the 2nd or 3rd of September. does this seem correct? I am almost positive the date of conception was on the 4th of September, does that seem about right??
sorry if these are stupid questions, I just need some positive reassurance!
