I went and seen a Dr. On the 8th of July, 2005. She told me I was 12 weeks pregnant. But she also told me I conceived at the end of April,2005. How could I be 12 weeks pregnant if I conceived at the end of April,2005 And it was only the 8th of July,2005. Could she possibly made a mistake and meant I conceived at the end of March2005?

They count the weeks from the first day of your last period...so if your first day of your last period was around April 8th-ish then that's why. For instance...my last period started June 5th so I am now on my 6th week even though I conceived on June 17th and have only technically been preggo for 3 weeks going on 4th. Hope that helps.
