How Many Weeks Count Week Quot Zero Quot Confused

Hello all :-)
I am a bit confused. The date of my LMP is March 14, 2006. If I count today, that is 38 days. 38 divided by 7 (days in a week) is 5 weeks and 3 days.
My question is:
When looking at articles like "what to expect in your 5th week" or "6th week" or whatever...
am I supposed to look at the 5th week articles now? because I'm 5 weeks 3 days?
(this would mean that i'm counting the first full week as week "zero" and saying I'm "IN" my "5th" week at 5 weeks 3 days)
OR - do I look at the 6th week articles now?
because I am already past the 5th FULL week (35 days), since I am technically 3 days into my 6th week (38 days), therefore I am "IN" my 6th week?
Any help would be appreciated... :-) Thanks so much.

You are supposed to read your 6th week. Go one week from the 14th, so the 21st is 1, 28th is 2 and so on. I never understood that either, then they confuse you by saying that you are 5 wks and 3 days but the age of the fetus is 3 wks 3 days. Why is this so complicating!!!!
