does anyone know if you get your period 2 weeks late then your next cylce will be back to normal or does it re start itself from that date?

If your period was 2 weeks late your next cycle will probably be normal but you start counting from the 1st day of your period. So if you have an normal 28 day cycle and should have gotten your period on Aug 1st, than you should probably have gotten another period around August 29. But if your period for Aug 1 didn't happen till August 15th, than you wouldn't be due for another period until about Sept 12th -28 days after the start of your period even though it was late.
