Anyone Hear Of Citranatal Harmony Helping Fertility

i have been trying to conceive since Aug '10. my dr. put me on Citranatal Harmony prenatals he said it would help me conceive.. Well i started taking them and 3 months later i did conceive in dec '10.. I miscarried my baby Jan 13th.. my dr told me to still take Citranatal Harmony and he said after my first period i can start trying again..
My question is has anyone heard of using Citranatal harmony to help fertility?? Has anyone else used it for that reason.. has anyone else used it and if so what do u think about it?
