I just found out on friday when I was supposed to be 9 weeks pregnant that I only hadf a gestational sac with no fetal pole,hb or yolk sac.I have to go back in a week for another ultrasound and more blood work.I started cramping today and have had some spotting.I know i am going to miscarry I just dont know when.I am scared to go to work because I dont know what to expect and I dont want anything to happen there.Has anyone else been in this position?I would really just like some advice please.I am really scared and nercous.

Hi - I just had my second early pregnancy loss for the same reason. I had a d and c. It's already a couple of days since you wrote so how are you doing now? Have you been in touch with your doctor? It's scary and sad but I send you my warmest thoughts and prayers that you get through it and get the support you need. I am still recuperating and I know how hard this is.
