I am 8 weeks and have had spotting off and on for almost 2 weeks. I saw my doctor 5 days ago and she said it was from my cervix being very sensitive. The next day I started having cramps that were uncomfortable but not painful. I also was bleeding more when I went to the bathroom. I went to the ER and my HCG was 5300. The cramping and bleeding stopped. Over the next days I continued to bleed only when going to the bathroom. I had an HCG of 1500 on Monday and am waiting for results from today. I had mild cramping and mild low back pain this morning with increased bleeding, which lasted a couple of hours. Since then I've had no symptoms, but passed a very large clot that I could feel for about an hour before it actually came out. No pain and almost no blood during and after. All my symptoms are gone. Can you miscarry like this without much cramping or bleeding?
