Possible Miscarriage Pg1279013044

Hi guys
I had a miscarriage at the end of march this year at about 12 weeks. I have recently found out i was pregnant and had a reassurence scan. I got told that i had an irregular shap sac, and also it wasnt an egg shape it was just a long line. They took my hormone levels and again in 48 hours, and they had gone down. I have been told i will more than likely have a miscarriage, does anyone know why it isnt an egg shape and is just a line? And how long will it take to have a miscarriage. I believe i am only about 4 weeks pregnant.

I miscarried also in march of this yr. once I found out my horomone levels were dropping. I bled like a week. I don't know why the egg would be shaped like a line thought. I am sorry.
