Endomitrial Complex Without Soghn Of Intrautine Pregnancy

Im so scared and nervouse i went to the hospital and i found out i am pregnant 4 days before my missed period. The ulyrasound showed no sac or anything but it showed thickened endometrial complex, i have no ode whts going on they also said my hcg lebels were low. Im now getting pain in my left pelvic area, could it be a sighn of an eptopic pregnancy?
