After 2 days of torture, I decided to sit down with my husband and explain to him how important this is for me to at least start ttc again. I had a serious talk with my hubby last night & this whole thing was a big misunderstanding. He is afraid that I will be crushed if we don't fall pregnant immediately & wants to be sure that I am ready, both physically and emotionally. So I explained to him that I want to try & that I know that this is something that is not in our hands, but we can at least do our bit.
I think you ladies need not worry, before my AF started I had terrible PMS symptoms for a week and a half, so I’m sure yours will start in the next few days…

An update, got my AF this morning, little disapointed, but on a postive not it means I now can start tracking my cycle.

Hi Pikkewyn, so glad to hear that your husband is agreeing with you now! hope all goes well and this will be your month! so excited to hear from you. and its true you will be disapointed if you dont conceive straight away i think thats normal, but you will still have hope for the next month. I know i would probaly be down for a few days but then i would be happy that in a couple of weeks i can try again!
So glad you got your period chimpette , you are a few days ahead of me.I GOT MY PERIOD TODAY!!!!!At day 37 past the d&c and i am very happy so i can start seeing how my cycle will work out for ovulation.

Hi Ladies.
Just an update on whats happening on this side: I went to my doctor today for the routine followup visit after the D&C and all is well.
After using OPKs from day 12 - 18 with no positive result, doctor confirmed today that I probably ovulated this past weekend, so hold thumbs, there is a slight chance that I might be preggies.
How are things going with all of you?

That's fantastic news, I shall keep my fingers well and truly crossed tight for you!
A quick update on me is that I have been using opk's and I think I will be ov either tomorrow or friday, so fingers crossed this will be my month too...
Lets hope we all get our positive tests soon.

Haven't heard from you in a while, how are you doing?
I think my period was supose to start yesterday, but there's nothing yet... So here's hoping. I think I'll wait until Monday and then do a HPT.

I did a HPT today - negative, but still no period. Nor do I have any PMS symtoms. This is so weird, I don't know what is going on with my body. I have never had a period lasting this long, I'm on day 33 now.
I don't know...deep down I'm still hoping for a positive result.
How are things with you?

Hi PIKKWYN,sorry to hear your news :( i know periods can be a bit messed up after a miscarriage, maybe it will just be late this month? but it sucks doesnt it! i will have to go through all this in a couple of weeks...the testing and waiting , hoping and disapointments or excitement!its actually really stressful! i dont know how ladies do that for 6 months! How many days late for your af are you?

Today will be day 5, and there is still no sign of my period. I know everything is messed up after a m/c, but I really thought that after my previous period that were very normal, all will be back to normal now.
I guess I just have to wait... even though it may drive me crazy! When are your next AF due?
