hello chimpette, congrats on the pregnancy and do not forget to keep us updated about your check!!! good luck to ya. timtam, have you had unprotected s_x since the d&c? my period is considerably light this time...not like those i'd have before i got pregnant. i know how worried you are because i was just as worried as you are. dont worry your period will eventually come if you're not pregnant. thats why i wanna know if you've been having unprotected s_x after the op.

Shirleyshirley, We have had unprotected s_x since the op. I had the blood tests though at seven weeks and all was fine then (no HCG). I thought I was getting it today because there was a little pink, but then nothing...I've been doing acupuncture to help regulate the blood flow as well, not helping though.

congrats timtam!!! It has been a long wait huh and now you finally have it!! is it light or heavy? just curious cus mine was super light. i really wanna start trying again but my husband wanna wait until my body has recovered. are you trying again now, though?

Hi Pikkewyn, Well I had my check up yesterday and unfortunately I've had another Missed Miscarriage. I'm completely heartbroken and feel like giving up. We've decided to give ourselves 6 months to get my emotions and body back in condition to try for the next one. The doctor has said that if I dont' start bleeding in 10 days then to go back and they would offer me a D & C again, but they did say that if I had another one it would give me more scaring on my cervix which means that it could effect our fertility... Bad news all round. Fingers crossed you all have better luck than me and my family! xx

Hi Chimpette22 I am so sorry to hear this, it feels like I lost all over again! I can only imagine how you must be feeling, I don't think I will be able to live through another miscarriage. I know its not what you want to hear right now, butI think its a good idea to give your body and hormones some time. Its been 3 months since my D&C and I feel more ready to ttc now than I had previously. My AF started Friday the 16th and although my period is not yet back to its normal length, I want to ttc this month. I can just pray that it will work out this time... Hello ladies. I am sorry I have not updated in a while and Chimpette22 I am so sorry for your loss. I am keeping my fingers crossed and keeping you in my prayers. I also want to send my condolences to any of the other moms who have posted since I last posted. It is a rough thing to go through but having these ladies to talk to has helped. So to update you all....No good news yet. still trying. but I think my AF is settling back in to a normal routine for me. I am holding steady at a 27 day cycle for the last 3 months. but am very disappointed that nothing is happening for us. When I stopped the pill I was pregnant with Jayden a month later. Then with my second pregnancy it was the same..stopped the pill and was pregnant a month later but lost it. So now that we have been trying for just about 4 months now and have had nothing makes me worry...but I know I have to give my body some time after what happened. I am just anxious and that doesn't help and I almost feel like s_x is work now. I think I need to relax and forget about "trying" so hard and just let it happen naturally. sending baby dust and hugs to you all xoxo
