I had a miscarriage after 9 1\2 weeks of pregnancy. I was 19 at the time and it was my first pregnancy. I had an extremely hard time dealing with it for a few months following. I've recently started feeling very depressed because my due date was supposed to be last week. My husband is doing all he can but its hard for him to understand how I am feeling. I even have nightmares about the day I miscarried. Seeing my 9 week old unborn child in the toilet over and over. I'm trying to stay positive and trying to look at the bright side but its a bit hard these days. I don't know anyone who has had a miscarriage so its hard to not have anyone who has been in my situation to talk to. I really need some advice for good ways of coping with this and trying to help my husband understand how I am feeling.

Hi Alaska from uk, i had a mc april last year, aged 21 it is a difficult experience for any woman, i have always known i wanted to be a young mum, but now over a year on im 5 weeks pregnant and petrified of a repeat experience, I had always empathised with women in the past who had said they mc'd but never truely understood, i believe its something you must experience yourself to be able to relate, hence your husband perhaps feeling awkward but i think you should see your'e GP and ask for councilling, it could really help!! x

thanks for the advised.I also want to get pregnant again but I am a Cesarean they said it is risky if I will be pregnant early again it should take two years to be safe it is for the reason that for the wound to be healed. Do you know some person who got pregnant early after ceserean delivery?
