Miscarriage 2months Ago Now Positive Test

I had a missed miscarriage on 8/7/12. I had a d&c on 8/11/12. Two months later Oct 8 I had a weird feeling and starting having hunger cravings. Next morning for a few days morning sickness accompanied by nausea. Took 3 pregnancy home tests all positive. Would I still have hormones from previous miscarriage or would I be pregnant again 2months later?

This happened to me to i am currently going through it just had blood work today... do you have any updates?

Yes they confirmed I was pregnant. Now I'm 18 weeks. Its been a roller coast since getting pregnant 2 weeks after my d&c but my suspicions were right.
