Miscarriage Having A Hard Time

Hi I am just looking for some help and support. I am having a really hard time with my miscarriage. It happened in Dec 2013 and after the first couple of weeks I was dealing with it okay. However last week I had a birthday and I am an emotional wreck. I can't stop crying. I can't eat. I'm so mad. I feel horrible. Any suggestions on how to cope? I feel like I am going crazy.
