Vanessa. Congratulations. Yours is an encouragement. I will still have to be patient. Are you trying again or not. Wishing you all the best

Well this morning I started my period. I have to say I have a big since of relief. It is day 41 from the first day of my m/c. I think i would have started sooner if I hadn't been so worried about it. I knew I was PMSing this past week but was not content with that. I am very sorry for all the losses you ladies are experiencing as well. I am just glad to know that there are people out there who know what I am going through. Thank you for the support. I got to say that ever since my stillborn my cramping has been more severe that the pain has brought me to my knees and only ibuprofen takes the pain away. It has gotten better. But now with the m/c the pain is back, ugh! I just want my body to heal. I will keep you posted on this cycle. Thanks. Michelle

Dak thank you for your words of wisodm. I am sure you are right about my dh. I guess when I start to cry it brings the pain back to the surface for him and like me he feels like he is starting at square one of healing. I know AF will visit the both of us soon. You seem like a very nice and caring woman and I know that your baby will be lucky to have you. All of you have helped me so much. I am glad I found this site. I will keep you posted.

I feel sad for you all as I have been lucky to have had three great girls nothing bad like this ever happens to me yet we always waited until 12weeks before we told anyone...not this time we blurted out to everone and now I think the hardest thing was telling the girls Chantal aged 4 just wanted to know where the bay went she did not understand heaven. I couldnt understand how my baby could have stoped growing for 4 weeks with out me even knowing. I hope you all get your wish and Im sorry for your loss, Im not going to say its for the best in cse you are like me and dont want to hear that either.

I have a question

Dak - July 15

LPK, What is the question. Tell us we are here to help each other by sharing what we have. Annemarie, how long are you since m/c. I hope you will have AF soon. Mine came without any sign. Wishing all who are waiting for AF all the best.

I agree with you ladies regarding waiting after so many menstrual cycles to trying again. I do have to say that my m/c wasn't to far along and it was somewhat painful. I can't imagine what other go through having too have a D&C. I wondering if length of waiting to try again has anything to do with how far along you were? Does anyone know?

AFE - July 15

Ladies--thank you all so much for sharing so openly your stories--it does indeed help! I had my first pregnancy in early April, but sadly had to have a D&C on May 13. AF came 38 days later (6/20)--about 3 days long, but fairly light. We started trying again this month, but just yesterday, I started experiencing pretty strong cramps and so far have had quite a heavy AF--with a few tiny clots--(I am normally 33 days, this is 25 days)! I just don't think it could be another natural m/c so soon--does this sound normal that a second AF is still a bit wacky?! Any thoughts would be so appreciated!! God bless you all.

Annemarie - July 17

Dak - my m/c was 6/5 with no pain or the need for a d&c. I am still waiting for AF. I have a question on another note. Is anyone experiencing mild discomfort right above the hip bones when doing the bd? I have had this since right after I found out I was pg, but it has not gone away since the m/c. I am thinking I need to call my doctor. Any thoughts? God bless to all

Kiran - July 21

Hi Ladies, I had m/c in Feb after 8 weeks pregnancy and had D&C done. Since then i have had no periods. But every month, i have so much pain, like mensural cramps but no bleeding. I went to the Dr. last week, per him as I am not producing enough progestrones, therefore AF have not visited me. He has asked me to take Metformin medicine, per him it is the medicine for diabetes but helps in inducing the periods. This is 20 weeks now without AF visit. I am very concerned and feel like I can’t be mom any more. did somebody has similar situation ? please advice!!!! I am very very SAD...:(

Jeri - July 21

Hi Kiran, I don't know if my situation is similar or not. I m/c'd on 5/17 at 9 weeks. It's been 9 weeks since, and I still have not had AF. In fact yesterday my HCG was at 230..my number are coming down, but not fast enough for my liking. I have a doctor's appt next week to see if I need to take anything to start AF. Have you actually started your meds he prescribed? I'm sure once you start them, AF will show and you can move on and try again...Big Hugs to you!

crisy - July 21

Hi Kiran and Jeri. I have a similar story to you. I had my miscarriage on April 25th. Had my first af on June 2nd and then no more periods after that. The reason I lost the baby was because I had low hCG levels. I did so many pregnancy tests now and they are all negative. I am 19 days late for my period and I also got sharp pains like you Kiran. I don't know what's going on? I also feellike I'm nerver going to be able to have kids . I posted before under the t_tle Confused please help and Alison answered me. I actually thought I was the only one with this frustrating problem. Kiran, I feel sad too. I am so sorry that you have to go through all of this pain. For me, ever since I lost the baby I haven't been the same person. It's hard and it takes time to heal. I hope that you will both get your periods soon. Take care.

Hi everyone. I wanted to post my message. I got pregant in the middle of March 2005. Well I kept going to the OB. and then all of a sudden I started spotting at my 12th week. I bleed for 7 days and when i first noticed the blood it was light. The OB said that I was on a verge of a miscarriage. I got put in the hospital and they did some test's on me. There was no heart beat. So I got sent home the next day. Well that next day I was 13 weeks. and I had a sharp pain to hit me on my left side. It was a miscarriage. When I got to the ER blood was eveywheres. I had a DNC on may 26th and bleed for 10 days. The bleeding got lighter every day. I started my period on June 30-July-6. And my period was so heavy I thought I was gonna die.
