Morning everyone. I know I'm not alone but I am going crazy. My lmp was July 24th. The only possible date of conception would be August 15th. That is quite late for me but could be I guess. If I take 3 days past to assume ovulation and add 14 days that puts a period due date at August 31st. I have spent countless $$ on hpts, all negative, most recent this morning (9/13), and one negative blood test on 8/31. I feel as if I have all the symptoms........bbs tender, discharge overflow, queasiness, no periods (never missed in my life). Is there a chance I'm still pg?

ps, I am 37 years old. Can it take longer for hcg to build up due to my age? Anyone????

Hi Jules, My LMP was 7/8. I have taken about 10 hpt's & 2 blood tests at Dr. all negative. I just did another blood test a few hours ago & guess what? POSITIVE!! I have a Dr. appt on the 21st to confirm but I already know. Trust your instincts. By the way I am only 28, and I had the same thing happen with my 1st pregnancy when I was 19 so your age may have something to do with it, but maybe not. Hope this helps!

Hi Stephanie, Yep, just as I thought, blood test is negative. Dr. suggested natural progesterone (won't hurt baby if I'm pg) that will get my period going again after I stop taking it (7 days), then the cycle gets back to normal hopefully. I'm still not completely convinced, why all the symptoms. I don't think its psychological, my husband and I weren't really trying, but weren't really trying to prevent either.
