Could I Be Pregnant After All This Time

Hi Im 23, I have been married 5 years, about 3 years ago my husband and I tried and tried to concieve, and no luck. So we just never use protection, and we stopped worring about it. My period has been messed up for years... Eventually it started to get back on the right track and then the next thing I know it had been 2 months since I had last had a period.(which was normal for me because my period had been messed up previous to that) I have been having lower abdominal pain, back pain, frequent urination, headaches, and I constantly want to eat and I have been really moody says my husband ;).And something extremly odd, I have had really low grade fevers like 99.4 And for some reason my blood pressure has gone up a bit.... Has anyone ever expierenced this, Could I be pregnant ?
