Do Early Pregnancy Tests Work

I purchased pregnancy tests online which claim to detest as little as 20 mIU/ml as soon as 6 days after ovulation. I have had 2 period since going off the pill - first 36 days, second 33 days and I am now on day 37 with no period yet. I have no symptoms really and I took a test on day 34 with negative results. What are the chances I'm pregnant?
