I would think so. They're trained to notice every detail of that area, and I believe when a woman is pregnant it looks quite different. So, I'd think yes, they could.

Yes, the OB can tell. Your uterus and cervix feel quite different when you are pregnant as opposed to when you are not pregnant. Also, feels that way when af is due to though so the OB would absolutely order a blood test.
