Late 26 Days 3 PT Test Failed

Ok, my last period was during the last days of Jan. It is now March and I still havent gotten my period. I've taken 3 test and all are negative. i still get a little bit of cramps and my upper right leg gets pains as if I am going to get my period. I don't know I should be worried about being pregnant or worried about something else...(ovarian cancer) Help!!!

I also had my last cycle starting the 30th of Jan. I too have not gotten my period since, and have taken 2 pt, which were both negative. If anyone has any answers or suggestions, please help!!
